Law School/date of graduation: Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, 1998. While in law school, Victor clerked for the Hon. Elaine Bucklo of the Northern District of Illinois and the Hon. Timothy Greeley of the Western District of Michigan. In addition, he was a founder and president of the Criminal Justice Society at the Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Comments: Victor is a litigator who represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including those which involve breach of contract, fraud, life/health/disability insurance litigation, real estate, professional and product liability suits, employment, and ERISA matters. He is defense counsel in class action litigation filed pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and is involved in pro bono litigation. Victor has both bench and jury trial experience and has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest. He has also represented clients in arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (formerly the National Association of Securities Dealers), actions before the Illinois Department of Labor and in mediations.
