EDUCATION
Rob graduated from the University of Toledo in 1991 (B.A. in both History & Political Science) and received a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 1995, an MBA from Dominican University in 1995 and a Masters in Science of Accounting in 2007, with high honors.
ADMISSIONS
He is a licensed attorney in Illinois and a licensed Solicitor in England, the equivalent of a business attorney in the UK.

Rob has structured and negotiated many business transactions and matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, supply, distribution, agency, representative, marketing, advertising, employment contracts, large scale projects, bank loans, guarantees/bonds/letters of credit, commercial real estate, equipment leasing, trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property licensing, research and development, software, master service agreements, engineering, consulting agreements and government bidding and contracting.
